FEES AND SCHEDULINGThe practice accepts numerous insurance plans. Due to the increase of the utilization of services over the past four years the scheduling of appointments is structured to both accommodate insurance and private pay. Certain times are set-aside for private pay sessions as the session time varies for insurance reimbursement and private pay.
Fees: $150.00 per 55min. session
Sliding scale available for individuas with financial difficulties
Insurance reimbursement for a 45min. session
Hours:
Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 4-10PM
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday AM from 8AM-1PM
Saturday from 7AM-1PM
